The top of the net is made secure and rigid by Telstar’s fibreglass rod system for extra rigidity. The ALL BLACK trampoline with bright yellow flash looks great. Telstar Orbit trampoline

Large oval trampoline with good high enclosure with zip entrance . Took a while to assemble but looks and feels very sturdy , looks good too . All the enclosure bars are covered with a foam type cover for safety, hope that holds up over the years. Looks like it will withstand some wind and stay put . My granddaughter loves it , she will hopefully get many years of use out of it I’m sure .
Couple of issues, regarding delivery I wasn’t told it was being delivered , no notifications or communication about that at all , so was a surprise when it was and very lucky my daughter was at home when it was ! Surely an email or something to let us know would have been helpful .Especially as it was 2 very large and
Heavy parcels , just where would they have left it if no one was home ? Though the sales photos show a ladder it does not come with one , I knew this from other reviews but there is no option to buy one along the process ? Again why not offer the option when at checkout ?
Also no extra supports to hold it down in extreme weather , again not offered at checkout , would have been helpful
To have the option .
Numerous emails asking me to submit review ! Why ? Annoying .
I just hope that this trampoline will last for the high price , I’m sure it will be well used and loved .

You would of received an email with the tracking details, which we send out once the item ships, this was sent 2 days before the delivery on the 15th May so you can then track your order to see the delivery details.

When you added the item to the basket you should of been offered the accessory kit as a pop up which includes the cover, ladder and tie down kit. We have pasted a link below for the package as clearly this was missed

Great trampoline, oval shape makes it feel bigger but fits in garden better - seems good quality - worth paying a bit more than your average, pretty easy to assemble for 2 people. Awesome service from Epic Play during difficult times, delivered super fast & really helpful when I phoned panicking about it arriving in time for a birthday. Would definitely recommend both Epic play & trampoline.
