The brilliant Range Rover Evoque replica! This is the new upgraded 12v model – with double the battery power and 2 motors

The parental remote can be used or the car can also be driven by the normal in-car controls by using the gearstick and pedal. The parental control can operate the car in forwards and reverse gears, and also turn the steering wheel left and right.

Genuine Range Rover Evoque – This electric kids’ car is a realistic scale replica of a real Range Rover Evoque, and is licensed by Range Rover.

Key Start – Realistic key start on the dashboard, turn a quarter turn, and hear the authentic engine start-up sounds. Even the key is a replica of the original!

Parental remote control – The ride on car can be used with the normal in-car controls, using the pedal with the forwards/reverse gears and steering wheel, or can optionally be used remotely with the parental control. The parental radio remote can operate from up to around 20m away and controls forwards/reverse and moves the steering wheel left and right.

MP3 player input with volume control – This electric car comes with a cable which plugs in to the dashboard, allowing an MP3 player or any other device with a headphones socket to be plugged in, and the music played through the car speaker. Plugging in a device disables the in-car sounds.

Steering wheel sounds – The steering wheel buttons include horn and turn sounds.

Seat belt – This kids’ car has a seat belt fitted, to keep your child safe if using the parental remote option.Working lights – The front headlights can be switched on and off using the dashboard switch.

How many months warranty do I have with my ride on car?

The car comes with a 6 months replacement parts warranty, however this excludes the batteries as these are a consumable item and only come with a 30 day warranty.

How do I connect / pair the remote and the car?

This will depend on the model you have but on the box the remote came in will be the instructions on how to pair the remote to the item

How do I connect the battery properly?

The will be a white cover on the positive battery terminal, please remove this and discard then you will see a loose red wire that has a spade connector on the end which is simply plugged onto the positive battery terminal

Can I wash my ride on car?

Yes you can as long as you just use a damp cloth and avoid all electrical components like switches etc

What sort of maintenance is needed with ride on cars?

The items should be checked prior to every use to make sure that the item is secure and none of the screws / nuts are loose. If the item is not going to be used for more than 2 – 3 weeks at a time ten we would recommend that you disconnect the battery to maintain the quality of the battery and prolong its life

Should the car be turned off when placed on charge?

Yes the car should be turned off if the item is on charge

How long should I charge the battery for the first time?

Between 8 – 10 hours please refer to the user manual

Are the ride on cars fully assembled?

All of the items will require some assembly from between 45 and 60 minutes on average, we do not send the items assembled due to the items will arrive significantly damaged through the courier system

What is the top speed?

Again this is hard to say as it depends on the model that has been purchased, the user weight and terrain that the item is used on, but it can be between 2 and 5kph

How long does a battery last for?

This is hard to say as it depends on the terrain the item is used on and the user weight which will affect the length of time that the battery will last, as an average we would say about 45 – 60 minutes of constant use

How long does it take to assemble a Ride on Car?

This varies on the model of car but on average between 45 and 60 minutes depending on the competence of the person assembling the item

When will I receive my personalised license plate?

These are made to order and typically take about 5 working days from the time of order

What does ‘licensed’ mean?

Licensed means that the item is a genuine item that is endorsed by the manufacturer so we can use their logo’s and trademarks, like Audi or Mercedes, a non-licensed item will have the style / look of a car but will not have any logo’s or brand names

What does pre order mean?

A pre-order is when we have stock due into us from our factory and we have a date of when it will arrive, you are then able to place an order for that item and then once the stock is with us in the distribution centre we will send the order straight to you. Payment is taken up front which guarantees the stock for you

My product is damaged, how do I return it?

Please email us with your order number and images of the damage, we may replace the part if we can or we will need to organise a return so all packaging must be retained for the collection of the item. The item will need to be boxed and packaged up as it arrived for us to organise this for you

Why does the return need to be inspected before an exchange / return?

We need to inspect the return prior to a refund or exchange as we need to ensure that the item has been returned complete with nothing missing or damaged unless already advised prior to the return.
