FREE delivery to UK Mainland, and just £20 for the rest of the UK (including Isle of Wight, Scottish Highlands and Islands, £30 for Northern Ireland). Delivery is currently only to the UK.

Each product has a unique delivery time, however a delivery could take between 3- 5 workings days.
If you need to cancel an order you can do so by emailing us before the order is shipped / processed, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
If the goods have already been dispatched, you have the right to cancel your contract at any time up to 14 calendar days staring from the day after delivery. To return an item, please contact email@example.com quoting your order number, full name and address and we shall then reply to you with details of where and how to return the item. We do require that you pay for the return delivery to us if you simply do not want the product anymore. We also require you to return the items in the original packaging. You have a duty of care whilst the goods are in your posession.
If the item is faulty then we will also cover the costs of returning the item from within the Mainland UK but we must arrange collection, the item must be in it's original packaging (collection is only available on standard sized items and excludes oversized items or items that weigh over 30kg combined). Upon receipt of the item it will be checked prior to the refund to make sure that the item is faulty and it was not user error which could result in a reduction in the refund cost of the collection charge.
We are unable to cover return costs for items exported outside of the UK. If a faulty item is refused at the point of delivery then the item will be returned to our depot and a refund will be issued less the return postage costs that we have incurred. If a made to order item (such as a wooden playhouse) is cancelled then a deduction may have to be made for delivery charges.
The rights to return the goods to us will not apply when the product has been purchased for commercial use or if the items have been personalised. Batteries are exempt from any warranty and are not covered under any circumstances. Gift Certificates are excluded from our returns policy.
If any items are returned that were part of a multi buy promotion all items must be returned.
When your goods are delivered, you will be asked to sign for them. When signing please remember you are accepting your order as received in good condition, unless you indicate otherwise. If the goods are damaged please accept the delivery and sign the delivery sheet / Hand Held Terminal as 'damaged goods'.
This does not affect your statutory consumer rights.

As we approach Christmas, we know that many of you like to buy early for Christmas so that you can make sure you have everything ready for the big day. The good news is that any purchases you make between now (1st Nov) and 25th December will be treated as purchases made on Christmas day.
