This is probably our simplest recipe yet. We’ve been inspired by the glorious weather lately (which keeps going into hiding). Ice lollys are a great way to hydrate children, especially when they’re hto and playing outside, and they can also be quite healthy.
- 350g Frozen Cherries
- 235ml Water
- 1-2 teaspoons honey, agave, maple syrup, or sugar
- Mix all of the ingredients in high speed blender
- Pour into a lolly mould
- Freeze for 4 hours or overnight
Other Healthy Alternatives:
Instead of a cherry ice lolly, you could try apple and strawberry. For this use frozen/fresh strawberrys instead of the cherry’s and apple juice instead of the water, no honey/sweetener necessary. The options are infinite!
